Ingredients

2 ¼ cups Buffalo wing sauce, divided
½ cup butter
¼ cup honey
⅔ cup bread crumbs
⅓ cup finely chopped celery
⅓ cup finely chopped green onions
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
2 large eggs
2 pounds ground chicken
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine 2 cups Buffalo sauce, butter, and honey in a slow cooker. Cover and set to High while you prepare the meatballs.
