1 small head green cabbage, quartered
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon ontreal steak seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup bacon bits

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a smoker to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) according to manufacturer’s directions. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place cabbage wedges on prepared baking sheet.
