Ingredients

3-5 bananas
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
5-7 tablespoons Almond Breeze Original Almondmilk
1 1/2 cups Blue Diamond Almond Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
maple syrup (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut bananas into ½ inch thick coins.

Step 2

Whisk together Blue Diamond Almond Flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.

Step 3

Whisk together eggs, vanilla, honey and 5 tablespoons Almond Breeze Original Almondmilk in a large bowl.

Step 4

Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add more Almond Breeze Original Almondmilk, a little at a time, up to 2 more tablespoons. The consistency should be thicker than normal pancake batter, but should still be easily spreadable.
