Low-Fat Taco Salad

Taco salad is a popular Tex-Mex dish known for its bold flavors and satisfying crunch. It typically consists of seasoned ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and crushed tortilla chips, all topped with a creamy dressing. While delicious, traditional taco salad can be high in calories and fat due to the use of fatty meats and heavy dressings. However, a low-fat version of this beloved dish offers a healthier alternative without sacrificing flavor.
