Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
6 cups cooked cauliflower florets, drained
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (4 ounce) package garlic and herb cheese spread (such as Boursin®)
1 cup half-and-half
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup French fried onions
⅓ cup sliced almonds
2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter an 11x7-inch oven-proof casserole dish.

Place cooked, drained cauliflower florets into the prepared casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
