Salsa de Tomatillo

Salsa de tomatillo, also known as salsa verde, is a vibrant and zesty Mexican condiment that adds a burst of flavor to a variety of dishes. Made from tomatillos, a small green fruit with a papery husk, this salsa is a staple in Mexican cuisine and is loved for its tangy, slightly tart flavor. The tomatillos are typically roasted or boiled before being blended with ingredients such as jalapeños, onions, cilantro, and lime juice to create a fresh and vibrant salsa that pairs perfectly with tacos, enchiladas, and grilled meats.
