⅔ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons rice wine
⅓ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large head bok choy, chopped

2 green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Place noodles in a large bowl and cover with hot water. Set aside until noodles are softened, about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Keep warm.
