Ingredients

oil for deep frying
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups cornmeal
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 eggs, beaten
