To prepare this delightful dish, ripe nectarines are halved and grilled until they are slightly charred and caramelized, enhancing their natural sweetness. The warm nectarines are then topped with a dollop of creamy goat cheese, which adds a delightful tangy contrast to the fruit. The finished dish can be garnished with a drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of fresh herbs, or a dash of balsamic reduction to elevate the flavors even further.
