3 eggs

3 tablespoons Ghirardelli 100% Unsweetened Cocoa
¼ cup boiling water
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup confectioners' sugar
1 pinch salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 muffin pans with paper liners; set aside.
